Our process begins with a one-to-one consultation
Free Consultation Meeting
We would like to get to know you and discuss about the vision and scope of your project. This is also a way for you to see if we are a good fit for your project. we also discuss about your budget, and project timeline. The point is to get a general idea of the project scope in order to set up a quote to achieve your goals. This meeting can be in person or over a virtual meeting.

Design/Build Agreement
At this stage, we will provide you with a "design brief" for you to review and approval. Once you decided to proceed with the project, we provide you with a design/build contract agreement form that will serve as a signed bond between us. The agreement outlines the scope of work, fee structure, timelines and terms and conditions.
Preliminary Design
We start this step with assigning a designer/ architect for your project.

Design Development
Once we have an approved concept, we start working on your design within the context of the municipal zoning bylaw and building code.
At this stage we also start working on interior design, including additional details of colors, material, location of doors and windows, finishes, furnishing etc along with samples of all finishes for your approval.
Structural Engineer and Landscape Designer is also engaged at this stage.

City Permit
Construction projects and any change of land use or occupancy on private property will require a building permit. We will prepare your submission package for municipalities to review /approve. In order to ensure that your application is successful on the first try, we provide you with a complete checklist and useful hints to significantly reduce the building permit processing time
Construction
Once your building permit has been approved and issued, you can begin work on your new house. Building your new home is exciting, especially when you understand how the process works. We have specialized team to help you from ground-breaking to moving in. Before construction begins, a pre-construction checklist prepared as part of the overall strategic plan
